Trusted Home Inspectors in the Delaware Valley

We had Casey for our home inspection prior to purchase and he was GREAT!! Kind, knowledgeable and willing to explain anything that might have looked off or concerning about the home. Casey arrived early (!) and didn’t waste any time getting to work. As always there are things in a home that need to be repaired or fixed but Casey gave us explanations and solutions that matched what came in the report later. The report was detailed based on what was assessed and contained pictures pointing to possible repairs. If there was an item of concern a description was provided and sometimes if possible a repair price was noted as well. Here’s my only note about home inspections. What is not visible they will not inspect. It is in the agreement you sign and unfortunately you can’t dismantle a home before you buy it. Now for some people not diving in deeper is a big concern but knowing the level of inspection you’re getting before you go into it is what you need to prepare for. Overall we are satisfied with our inspection and have a great contact for any home questions we might have for the future
