As a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Mark is an ASHI Certified Inspector, (certification # 262187). The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Agriculture has also awarded him certification number 711680 for demonstrating his knowledge in conducting wood-destroying insect inspections. Additionally, he has earned the title of EDI Level 1 Inspector from the Exterior Design Institute as an expert inspector, moisture analyst and for quality control.
He loves educating first-time homebuyers about the process of inspections and the structures and systems that are checked. He takes pride in being very thorough during all of his inspections and is known for his attention to detail.
He graduated from this school with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. He spent years after graduating working various sales and merchandising jobs for large companies in the Philadelphia area. During this time, he indulged his interest and passion in carpentry, furniture building and home renovating. When the opportunity appeared to work as a home inspector, Mark immediately realized it combined his skill sets and passion far better than any other career.
